All currency will revert back to US Dollars (USD) at time of checkout.

We have a range of apparels with different kinds of fabric so each style will have different exact measurements.

If you have any questions about a specific styles measurements you can always contact us and we will be more than happy to help you find your perfect size. You can email us at with any questions. Please include your bust, waist and hip measurements so we are able to help as efficiently as possible.

We offer global shipping with a flat rate express shipping option to almost all destinations.

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, therefore, Bellefinery will accept returns and exchanges on purchases, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy.  

All returns need to be sent to our returns centre located in Los Angeles or Singapore.

We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at so we can review the matter.

Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

Once your order has been placed and it has entered the shipping process and no further changes can be made, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back to our warehouse.

Bellefinery cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order.

After placing your order and making payment, you will receive an email order confirmation, which confirms your order number, name, item purchased and delivery address. You will then receive another email once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
